Our Treatments

Our practitioners specialise in techniques that include Applied Kinesiology and Cranial Osteopathy, and we receive a lot of recommendations based on our individual and effective approach to assessment and treatment.

Sports Injury Clinic

Plenty of people enjoy sport and leading an active lifestyle, however, with every sport there is an inherent risk of injury. Regardless of how the injury comes on, whether it is caused by a sudden or by a repetitive movement or even if you simply want a sports injury performance assessment we have got you covered. Our Sports injury Clinic is led by Mr. Pantelis Xenophontos who has a special interest in sports medicine and experience with professional and recreational athletes.

Our Approach

Whatever your needs are, our detailed process of assessment will ensure that we identify the cause of your problem rather than just treating the symptoms. Our goal is to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage your injury so you can return to doing all the activities you love as soon as possible. We offer an advanced assessment and a specialised exercise program for you to be able to move, feel and perform better. We take the same comprehensive approach whether you are an elite athlete, a professional dancer or a recreational runner. Our expert treatment is supplemented with advice on how to prevent and actively manage your injury as we believe that educating you enables better management of the problem and will ultimately ensure your recovery is more efficient and complete.

Your Visit

Your first appointment will be a 45 minute consultation with treatment. We will cover your medical history, key lifestyle information, and your personal goals. Your osteopath will then perform a thorough assessment to evaluate your presenting complaint. Taking all of these factors into account we will guide you through the entire process. Any imaging reports such as X-ray, MRI or other scans should be provided for consideration if available. Follow up treatments last 30-45 minutes; the number of treatments depend on the type and severity of the injury. We supplement our treatments with advice on posture, rehabilitation exercises and nutritional support where appropriate.
